3. Is AMEX Sending New Offers Via Postal Mail?

Snail mail alert! Folks on Reddit report getting a new AMEX Offer. Not online, but in their mailbox!
The offer is for $50 off a $250+ Virgin America flight purchase made by March 15, 2016.
The mailer says to register for the offer at this website, but this link doesn’t work for me. Other folks say they get it when they log into the American Express website.
Either way, I didn’t have luck getting this offer. But it’s worth checking your account or mailbox to see if you did!
It could be AMEX is experimenting with new ways to target folks for AMEX Offers. Here’s my guide about how to sign-up online, or sync your AMEX card with Twitter, to make the most of them!
4. Costco’s Switch to Visa Will Happen This Summer

I wrote about the best cards to use at warehouse stores when Costco switches over to Visa cards. The transition was supposed to happen on March 31, 2016. But now it’s getting pushed back to June, or mid-summer, of 2016.
Until then, Costco will continue to accept AMEX cards (like the AMEX Starwood personal and small business cards) or cash as payment in-store. But you can still purchase Costco cash cards up to $1,000 on their website with any major credit card for your Costco shopping.
I’ll keep you posted if I hear any other details, or find out a firm date for the changeover!
