This week I let you know that British Airways is increasing the cost of short-haul 1-way partner airline award flights in North America (under 650 miles) from 4,500 to 7,500 British Airways Avios points.  This does NOT impact longer routes.

This change won’t take effect until February 2, 2016.  So there’s still time for you to book flights now and lock-in the lower price!

And paying 7,500 British Airways Avios points for a 1-way short flight is still less than you’ll pay on other airlines.  For example, United Airlines charges 10,000 miles!
